I do think there needs to be more levels of full-time positions for faculty, similar to the wide range of full-time positions for classified staff (assistant, coordinator, advisor, director . . .) for example, instead of just full-time tenure track and adjunct; there should be full-time lecturer positions with 5 year contracts. | |
