| Fulltime YearOne Counselor-The YearOne Promise program served 489 students this semester. Students were provided with wrap around services to ensure academic achievement, career and major certainty, and personal development. A fulltime counselor is an essential component to the success of the program. | |

| We are in the process of replicating CUNY-ASAP model for successful educational goal completion at community colleges within three years. CUNY's model for success and replication suggests a 150 to 1 student to counselor ratio. As noted previously, 489 students participated in YearOne Promise this year. | |

| State Chancellor Office mandates for the SEA program, District strategic goal number and college goals have all outlined the importance of counseling, and intentional support and guidance are essential to students success as well as ongoing support for student retention. The YearOne Counselor, PT Staff Assistant for special programs, and student navigators will all support in this effort of goal attainment for our students. | |
