Game Room Agreement
ASCC Game Room Usage Agreement
Building 5, Room 333
In exchange for accessing the ASCC Game Room and available Game Room equipment, I agree to do the following:
The Associated Students of Cañada College provides access to the use of the ASCC Game Room in Building 5 to any student possessing a current and valid Cañada Student Body Card. Students must present their Student Body Card in person to a Center for Student Life and Leadership Development Staff upon renting. Students may rent 1 game per check out and games can only be used within the ASCC Game Room. Students may bring their own games to play at the ASCC Game Room, however please be conscious that some games with excess violence or sexual content may be blocked by the XBox restrictions.

I agree to observe and obey all policies and procedures regarding the Game Room usage, as found in the usage agreement, equipment rental forms, postings in the ASCC Game Room, and oral instructions given by the employees of the Center for Student Life and Leadership Development.
5.
I agree to leave the room as I found it when I leave the Game Room:
  • Leaving all furniture in its place
  • Throwing all my trash into the trash can
  • Bringing all my belongings with me
6.
I agree to return all equipment rented to me within TWO HOURS of signing out equipment, and agree to be charged a $10 late fee per hour if said checked out items are not returned within two hours.
7.
I understand I am the only person authorized to use this equipment whil I have it signed out. Under no circumstances should I let other persons who have not signed this agreement use or otherwise handle the equipment.

I understand that by signing out the equipment and usage of the Game Room, I assume responsibility for its condidtion, and will accept any and all charges that go towards replacement or repair in the event that the equipment is lost or damaged due to my negligence, recklessness, or willful actions.

9.
I understand that the Center for Student Life and Leadership Development of Cañada College will place a hold on my Student Account if lost/damaged item(s) have not been paid for by the end of the semester of the equipment was lost/damaged.
10.
I understand that I must return equipment directly to a Center for Student Life and Leadership Development staff member.

By writing your name on the following line, you assert the following:

I hereby certify that my name and infromation is correct.

I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of the above policies and procedures for signing out the ASCC equipment. I further understand that by signing my name on this release and agreement, I voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
