Event application packets must be completed 45 days prior to the date of use. Your complete event packet must include: - San Mateo County Community College District Application and Permit for Use of Facilities
- Club Activity Permit
- Diagram of the set up for your event
- Certificate of Liability Insurance (if applicable)
- SMCCCD Food Service Provider Authorization Form (if applicable)
