Skyline College Library provides this online reference service primarily for Skyline College students, faculty and staff. STEP 1: Enter your question clearly and concisely on the form below. Then, submit it.
STEP 2: Check your email for our response. (You must enter your correct email address in order to receive a response.) Response time is usually short on Monday through Friday during library hours (but please allow up to 24 hours on some occasions.) On weekends and holidays, please allow until the next business day. We provide answers to brief, specific factual questions; the use of our online catalog, article databases and reference sources; and the completion of bibliographic citations. This email reference service is not available when classes are not in session (i.e. intersession breaks and holidays.)
